We offer the following services:
- Pattern Digitizing. We can take your existing patterns and digitize them and turn them into dxf CAD files.
- 3D Digitizing. Do you have an object you need rendered or drawn in CAD? Our 3D digitizer makes this a snap. We can scan any object, large or small.
- Pattern creation. If you need to make a pattern based on a 3-dimensional object, we can scan your object in and create the pattern in CAD.
- CAD. We can create dxf files, clean up your patterns in CAD, render 3D objects, and do any other 2D or 3D CAD work you may need.
- Nesting. Our nesting software allows us to nest patterns pieces efficiently and quickly.
- Automated fabric cutting. We have a 20' x 6' computerized fabric cutting table. Once you patterns are "cut-ready" (drawn and nested for cutting) we can cut them out, box them up, and mail them to you.
