Our enclosures are patterned using a digitizing computer and then designed with a 3D Auto CAD software program to ensure acurate fit and coverage. The pattern is then cut out with an automated fabric cutter and sewn together.
Our enclosures are constructed out of Sunbrella with uv resistant thread and uv zippers. If you are happy with the size and shape of your current enclosure, but your old one is wearing out, we can recover your existing frame.
We can also add to an existing bimini or dodger to make sure your canvas suits all your boating needs. Our capabilities include window covers, stainless steel frames, and zippers around each window for easy removability. We will take careful measurements of your boat and design the shape of the enclosure to reflect the shape of the boat. We also strive to optimize usability as well.
